Meet Rocio Bravo

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, I moved to Boston to pursue a degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University. My career shift started when Hurricane María devasted the island. I volunteered as a project manager to improve material storage at a children's hospital, and from there, I knew I wanted to focus my career on people. I love cooking traditional Puerto Rican recipes as they connect me to home, and I am very active in Women's empowerment and Hispanic professional development groups.

Meet Luz Frazier

Born and raised in Lawrence, MA., my parents moved from Jayuya and Cidra, Puerto Rico, in search of greater opportunities, ultimately finding work at Malden Mills. Today, I am a proud Mother of three, a dedicated wife, and a fierce advocate of providing access to all people. Over the last two decades, I have worked as a Senior Executive in Human Resources, focusing on creating pathways for all people to thrive within organizations from the recruitment, learning and development, and career advancement stages of the employee life cycle.
